My training includes but is not limited to addictions with co-occurring disorders, anger management, trauma-focused, grief work, parenting, postpartum impact on mother and child, as well as nature therapy / Ecopsychology.

I provide general couple’s therapy, family therapy and individual therapy as it pertains to your needs.

One of the growing areas of theraputic need lies in the complex balancing of life and work, which I have experience from working with many of my clients. Also, as a child of immigrant parents being able to navigate the two worlds is a learned skill that I can help develop. This will benifit in identifying your own strength, autonomy and achieve the goals you desire.
